Hi, I am from the US and love playing roller hockey. I have heard that there is a small roller hockey scene in Buenos Aires, can someone give me a few tips and pointers? I found Peru Beach by they seem to be for competitive teams only.

Every weekend in the Plaza Rosedal on the east side of the lake there are pick-up roller hockey games. Usually the schedule is: starting Saturday 10:30am, then starting again on Saturday at 3:30pm - 4pm and starting at Sunday 3:30 - 4 Depending on the weather and how many people show up the games can continue on until the sun sets. It's good fun but you need to know how to skate fairly well to play. |
