Keen to practice wind-surfing in South America. Planning to move to Argentina for a few months, and will be visiting Uruguay at some point too. Any recommendations for good locations to windsurf?

"Peru Beach" has windsurfing and kiteboarding lessons, I'm sure however that there are better places to windsurf, I don't know where they are. |
